Our Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days after delivery;
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;
  • The item is in its original condition;
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are included where applicable;
  • Proof of purchase or order number is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or final sale reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or used;
  • Items without original tags or packaging where applicable;
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as non-returnable;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items returned without prior approval from our customer support team.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please email us at rheinschmidtstart923@outlook.com with the following information:

  • Your order number;
  • The email address used at checkout;
  • The item you would like to return;
  • The reason for your return request;
  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items depending on stock availability. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your request, we will help you with a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or handling charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.
